When you register to join Thrilling Path Adventures, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms and conditions set forth in this declaration:

Knowledge of risks:

At Excitement Path, we apply the highest safety requirements and specifications in our trips as part of our values and mission. Our trips are preceded by detailed and lengthy preparations, and they are carried out in direct coordination with the competent authorities when necessary, and with a field team on standby in most of our trips, where the services we provide, transportation, safety rules, medical services, and others.

Equipment and safety:

During picnics or similar activities, participants must wear appropriate safety equipment and appropriate clothing at all times. Excitement Path is not responsible for the consequences of not wearing clothing, lack of required personal equipment, or non-compliance with safety instructions given by the flight leaders or their representatives, and reckless participants will bear full responsibility, and must be aware that this may cause serious injury or fatality God forbid.

Fitness and health:

Many of our long walks are physically demanding. Therefore, participants must notify us of any health or disease conditions they suffer from that may require medical intervention during the trip or may affect the harmony of the participants during the trip. The Excitement Path reserves the right to cancel your participation after the start of the trip and at any time during it without refunding the fees in the event that you did not disclose your medical, physical or psychological condition that does not allow the continuation of the trip or may affect the participants.

Preserving nature:

The path of excitement aims at preserving nature, enjoying nature without affecting it negatively. All participants in our trips must adhere to the principles of preserving the environment.

Alignment with the group:

All decisions made by the Team Leader or his/her designee relating to safety procedures or the uniformity of participants are final.

If you fail to comply with the directions of the team leader or his representative or adversely affect the flight path, the team leader or his representative has the right to cancel your participation and leave the site

To ensure the harmony and enjoyment of all participants in the trip, we ask all participants in our trips to pledge not to talk about topics that may arouse the sensitivity of some and affect the harmony of the team. These topics include: religions, sects, sex, and politics.

Complaints:

In the event of complaints, please report them immediately to the team leader or his representative to take appropriate action.

Media and Marketing:

Please inform the team leader or his/her representative if you wish not to take personal photos of yourself during the trip. The Excitement Path has the right to use photos and video clips in advertising and marketing for its activities and upcoming trips.

The information we collect before and during the flight is kept strictly confidential. The excitement path will not deliver this information to any party whatsoever, such as the name or phone number, to any third party.

Applicable laws and regulations:

- Participants in our trips must respect the laws and regulations of the country in which the trip takes place, including dress code, behaviors, morals and politics. Excitement Path will not be held responsible for any participant who violates the laws and regulations in force in our destinations.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

Trip cancellation and postponement policy:

domestic flights

In the event of a request to cancel the reservation, contact the WhatsApp number 48 hours before the flight. When the amount is returned, 10% of the value of the administrative fees will be deducted. Less than 48 hours, we apologize for returning the paid amount.

international flights

In the event of a request to cancel the reservation, the WhatsApp number will be contacted 7 days before the trip, and when the amount is returned, 10% of the value of the administrative fees will be deducted. Less than 7 days, we apologize for returning the paid amount.
